Hello, I’m Lesley. I started The Car Network back in 1986 to help people find their way through what can feel like the minefield of the motor trade, and I’m still just as passionate about it today.

I’m an independent broker, which simply means I’m not tied to any one supplier. So when I recommend something, it’s because it genuinely suits you and your business, not because it pays me the most. After a lifetime in this trade, I’ve built relationships with tried and trusted suppliers, and that means no nasty surprises for the people I look after.

I keep things small on purpose. I work with a limited number of businesses so I can give each one proper attention, get to know how you operate, and remember it the next time you call. Think of me as your own fleet manager on call, or a bit like having a trusted HR partner you can pick up the phone to whenever you need them. That is the heart of how we approach business car leasing. No call centres, no being passed around, just the same familiar person who already knows your business.

The companies I work with best tend to run a handful of cars and vans, often offered to the team as a valued perk, with anything from one to twenty people on board. They’ve usually had enough of losing hours to confusing leasing websites, and they’d rather hand the whole headache to someone honest and straightforward who knows the ropes. When you are ready to look, you can browse the cars and vans available to lease, and if you are weighing up the switch to electric, I am always happy to talk you through electric car leasing and whether it suits how your team actually drives.

If you are newer to all this, the Knowledge Centre is a good place to get to grips with the basics at your own pace. And if you would like reassurance before we speak, have a read of what my clients say.

I’ll be upfront with you. I’m competitive, but I’m not the cheapest faceless option out there, and I’m not trying to be. What you get instead is time saved, costly mistakes avoided, and a reliable partner who’s there long after the keys are handed over. If that sounds like your sort of thing, I’d love to hear from you.
